Locksmiths complaint officer

At Betalock we strive to improve our locksmith service by offering a London Complaints Officer to handle customer grievances should any arise. We provide a platform where our customers can address and resolve any concerns while helping us to improve our services. Our objective is to investigate any possible breach of our Betalock principles and code of conduct executed by our locksmiths.

We at Betalock locksmith believe in our brand name and handle customer complaints seriously.

Our complaint officer’s role is to investigate our customer’s complaints, generate findings and provide a report to senior management. We ensure that case studies are compiled and repeat grievances do not occur.

Our Complaints Officer conducts all investigations with the strictest confidentiality respecting the customer’s privacy at all times.

Our Complaints Officer is independent of any locksmith, operational units and locksmith team managers. He/she has the authority to access any relevant information and question all locksmiths whilst carrying out necessary investigation. It is mandatory for all locksmiths to cooperate with the Complaints Officer and to provide him/her with full access to any information required.

Senior locksmith management may carry out disciplinary action against employees found to be in breach of Betalock’s locksmiths Code of Conduct, based on the Complaints Officer’s findings.
